Comtronics is an authorized ESI and Key Voice dealer.(voice mail). Comtronics is a factory authorized E.F. Johnson (two way radio) and Maxon (mobile communications) dealer. Comtronics offers Panduit and Leviton cabling. Comtronics is also a Comdial Preferred Gold Dealer (telephone systems).

In 1974 Comtronics established Superior Answering Service, a 24 hour answering service. Superior Answering Service offers fully customized and personalized services. Among the services offered include paging, patching, call backs, faxing, voice and emergency dispatching, etc.
