Founded in 1958 by Philip F. Campau, Sr., Comtronics

Campau, Philip's son, took over as president, and in 1999, John's parents and
brothers sold their shares to Walker Capital Corp. Philip stayed on as chairman,
with John, as co-owner, president and chief executive officer. Comtronics has
